A deposit of 40% is required within 15 days of receiving the booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due 45 days before the start of the stay. For bookings made less than 45 days before the stay, the full amount is payable at the time of booking. A security deposit is required upon arrival, which can be provided as a check, cash, or credit card guarantee.

• Less than 45 days: 100% of the rental price

The Client agrees to use the property and/or room peacefully and return it in the same condition as received. The villas listed on the site are intended solely for private vacation use. Commercial or professional activities, including but not limited to events, film shoots, and photo sessions, are strictly prohibited on the premises and surrounding areas during the stay.

These General Conditions and the stays undertaken are governed by Moroccan law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution should be sought first. Failing that, the courts of Marrakech (Morocco) will have exclusive jurisdiction. In the event of a discrepancy between different versions of the general terms and conditions, the version available on our website will prevail.
